Office/Practice Manager
Streamlining and procuring practice functions smoothly
and build relations with clients; Organise and schedule
events, working with internal and external members
as necessary; Coordinate travel arrangements and
accommodation for team members as required; Support
on administrative needs covering a broad range of
operational requirements; including coordinating events,
supporting recruitment activity and onboarding of new
colleagues; Ensure compliance with health and safety
regulations and conduct proactive safety inspections;
Ensure proper functioning of office technology,
administrative support, including document preparation
and record-keeping, managing office budgets and
expenses; prioritise messages, and ensure important
communications are promptly addressed.
